As a Cluster Reservationist at Cairn Group, you will act as the first point of contact for guests booking stays across our five vibrant Newcastle properties. From initial enquiry to confirmed reservation, you will handle calls, emails and messages with care and professionalism, ensuring a seamless journey for every guest. You will also work closely with the Sales, Meetings & Events and Revenue teams to optimise bookings, keep our systems up to date and support repeat business.
