Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality business analysis (BA) services by assessing and understanding existing business processes, systems, and requirements, and translating them into technology solutions to support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with internal and external customers to document user / customer requirements using various research methods, facilitating effective change and improved customer / user outcomes.
* Requirements and Process Mapping : Support the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping, modelling, and technology-related consultancy that requires analytical support.
