OTE: Double base (£200,000 – £300,000+) uncapped and can be higher

About the Roles

Senior New Business Sales

* Own the end-to-end sales process — from discovery to close — on contracts £1m to £50m+ in value.
* Target mid-market and upper-mid organisations (up to 15,000 users) across all sectors.
* Build trust with CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers, navigating complex buying environments.
* Collaborate with BDRs, pre-sales, bid teams and solution architects to win high-value opportunities.

Senior Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

* Focus on early-stage relationship building and pipeline development — not a 360° sales role.
* Identify and qualify major opportunities in both public and commercial sectors.
* Book meetings and generate interest with target clients, working closely with closers to hand over sales-ready opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven track record of closing large managed services deals (£1m – £50m) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong tenure and credibility in previous roles
* Deep understanding of managed IT services, outsourcing models, and consultative sales.
* Gravitas and commercial acumen – capable of building trust with senior client stakeholders quickly.
* Experience selling into organisations of up to 15,000 users, across commercial and/or public sectors.
* For BDRs: a hunter mentality, exceptional communication skills, and strategic awareness.
