We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual for the role of Customer Care Coordinator within the Sales, Lettings and Customer Care Team. The successful candidate will collaborate and work with colleagues within the Sales, Lettings and Customer Care Team and across the business, while supporting a culture that delivers results and service excellence to promote the Karbon values and brand.
About the role
Due to existing growth of the organisation, we have this exciting opportunity, for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The role will give the successful candidate experience of contributing towards providing an excellent journey for our customers whether they are buying or renting a new home.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Coordinator with a customer focused approach and a desire to provide the best possible journey for our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Customer Care Coordinator – permanent role
Salary is £29,238 per annum
Based at our Stanley office
Some travel will be required between offices
37 hours per week with some homeworking available
