Key Responsibilities:

Offer targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required

Work with students on a one:to:one basis or in small groups to support learning progress
*
Assist teaching staff with lesson delivery and day:to:day classroom management
*
Support pupil supervision during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips
*
Help foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
Skills and Experience:
*
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
*
A compassionate, patient, and positive approach
*
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*
A valid DBS certificate or willingness for one
*
Previous experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
*
Experience in a Teaching Assistant role or working with children is desirable
