Acorn by Synergie is working with a market-leading manufacturing company in Weymouth, currently looking to expand their team with multiple opportunities for Assembly Operatives.

What's on Offer:
Starting hourly rate: £13.41.
Enhanced overtime rate: £20.11.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.
Early finish every Friday.
Free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:
Assembling products to detailed specifications.
Following written and verbal instructions accurately.
Identifying faults or non-conformities during the assembly process.
Working as part of a fast-paced production team.
What We're Looking For:
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is desirable.
A proactive and reliable work ethic.
