Newport | £12.75 per hour | Monday - Friday | 06:30 - 15:30 |
Acorn by Synergie is partnering with a catering specialist based on-site in Newport to recruit a Kitchen Porter. This is a Monday to Friday daytime role with hours between 06:30 and 15:30.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Responsible for cleaning cutlery, crockery, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
* Carry out general cleaning and support tasks as required.
* Ensure all cleaning is done to a high standard, adhering to health & safety regulations.
* Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate required.
* Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills.
* Presentable appearance with high standards of personal hygiene.
* Able to understand and communicate in English at a working level (spoken and written).
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Able to remain calm and effective in a high-pressure environment.
* Flexible and willing to support other roles or duties as needed.
