About the Role As a Production Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality finishes on a range of fabricated components and machinery. You'll be working to engineers' drawings and production schedules in a fast-paced environment, with occasional one-off and pre-production tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform production spraying to engineering specifications. Set up and operate spray equipment. Work to production deadlines with minimal supervision. Prepare surfaces using orbital sanders and fillers as required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Self-inspect work to ensure high quality standards.
