As a Platform Business Manager/PMO, you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned labs, specifically focusing on budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing budgets, forecasts, and month-end reconciliations for assigned labs.
* Raising and managing purchase orders in accordance with project needs.
* Utilising systems such as Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira for project tracking and financial management.
* Ensuring all requirements across assigned labs are met on time through effective stakeholder management and coordination with lab contacts.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Demonstrable experience in budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management.
* Hands-on knowledge of Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
