The Customer Content Manager is responsible for bringing the brand voice to life through the creation and delivery of high-quality, customer-focused content. The role plays a key part in helping customers better understand investment and savings solutions by making complex financial topics more accessible, engaging, and relevant.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, guides, videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media.
* Create customer-focused content that supports audiences at different stages of their financial journey.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, advertising, and internal communications.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns with measurable impact.
* Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences, products, and communication channels.
* Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to support broader marketing and business objectives.
* Manage editorial calendars and identify opportunities to optimise content performance and engagement.
* Edit and review content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or journalism, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.
* Knowledge of investment, savings, retirement, or wealth management products.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
* Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with digital content platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
