Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical control projects across customer sites. Youll supervise engineers, ensure quality installations, and contribute technically from start to finish.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will travel to sites across the UK to manage turnkey control & automation projects, primarily within the food & beverage / process industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers on project sites.
* Plan workloads, order materials and schedule tasks based on scope of works.
* Review and interpret electrical and technical drawings for installations.
* Assist with commissioning and handover of systems.
* Develop risk assessments, method statements, and brief the team accordingly.
* Ensure work is carried out safely, to spec, and within deadlines.
About You
1. Fully qualified in electrical engineering (18th Edition or equivalent).
2. Experience in testing & inspecting (e.g. 2391) is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership or supervisory experience in electrical / control projects.
4. Good technical understanding of automation / control systems.
5. Comfortable working away from home and traveling nationally.
