You’ll be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners. * Experience in resource planning and management processes with exposure to tools and systems* Intermediate IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* Proven ability to operate under pressure with conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding stakeholder needs.* Ability to interpret and analyse MI and data to identify and solve problems.You’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to our business.
