Who Do We Need?

We’re looking for a mid-level sales professional who’s nice, personable, and motivated to learn. This isn’t a closer role; it’s about connecting with potential clients, building trust, and setting up appointments for our closers to turn into sales.

At Paul Gough Media, we provide warm, qualified leads—business owners who have already expressed interest in our services. You’ll be proactive in making calls, following up consistently, and booking appointments. The more conversations you have, the more opportunities you’ll create.

If you love talking to people on the phone and understand the importance of consistent outreach, you’ll succeed here. We value honesty and selling the right product to the right client—not every product is right for everyone, and we take pride in that.

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping private healthcare businesses thrive. Our marketing strategies are proven, our leads are engaged, and our sales team is backed by a CEO who understands what it takes to sell. What You’ll Do


* Proactively make daily calls to connect with leads, nurture relationships, and book appointments for our closers
* Own your pipeline—track your leads, manage your schedule, and ensure you’re following up consistently
* Present our services in a clear, helpful way, focusing on matching the right solutions to the right clients
* Hit your appointment targets and enjoy the financial rewards of a commission structure
* Work alongside a supportive team in a sales-driven environment where success is recognized and rewarded

What We’re Looking For

* Some sales or customer service experience—ideally phone-based, in marketing, media, or related industries
* Comfortable making 50+ dials per day, setting appointments, and following up consistently
* Strong communicator who can explain our solutions clearly and build rapport over the phone
* Results-driven and self-motivated—you’re eager to exceed goals and earn more
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, video calls, and digital sales tools
* Honest, humble, and personable—someone who sells the right product to the right person
