We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join a leading consultancy delivering high-quality SAP solutions across multiple industries. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules for end clients, ensuring optimal asset management and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
* Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions
* Configure SAP PM module, including:
* Maintenance planning and scheduling
* Work order management
* Notifications and breakdown maintenance
* Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
* Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO
* Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution
* Deliver user training and create functional documentation
* Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
* Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (ABAP, enhancements, interfaces)
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP Plant Maintenance
* Experience working in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles
* Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, PP, and other modules
* Strong understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills
* S/4HANA experience (PM/EAM)
* Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or engineering
* Familiarity with mobile maintenance solutions or SAP Fiori apps
* SAP certification in PM or related modules
