We are working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between working from home and in one of our office locations in Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, or Stratford-upon-Avon.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver performance targets</li><li>Take responsibility for all line management duties for your team</li><li>Provide expert legal and technical audit support to experienced case managers, ensuring we deliver a high quality of service</li><li>Champion client focus and the delivery of outstanding service</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement and help to positively implement change in the team and the wider department</li></ul><p>This role would suit people who have</p><p>We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
