Are you an Estimator or similar who enjoys working from technical drawings and producing quotations. Join a growing Cookstown team backed by a Global business offering clear progression into leadership.
This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team pricing construction enquiries. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.
The Role
* Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
* Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
* Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
* Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
* Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records
About You
* Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
* Confident reading construction drawings
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office
