They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager to support continued growth within the Facilities Maintenance and Commercial sectors. The business delivers projects nationwide across Commercial, Regeneration (social housing), PPM, and Rail divisions, employing over 120 staff. We are now looking for a proactive individual to help drive the development of the mechanical division and support operational activities. Role ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, securing new tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.Prepare accurate tender submissions and quotations in collaboration with the wider team.Work effectively under pressure to meet tender deadlines, adapting to changes and producing value-engineering solutions where required.Manage contracts, including procurement and control of labour and materials within budget.Attend site meetings as required.Prepare and issue timely valuations for all assigned contracts.Support accreditation requirements within the business.Assist with health & safety, quality, and delivery standards for installation works.Contribute to developing and managing operational teams, including supervisors.Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will be a time-served mechanical engineer with broad knowledge of both domestic and commercial mechanical systems.
