We are seeking a skilled automotive SALES MANAGER to lead the team at a Plymouth-based franchised main dealer.
The business is part of a well-known, privately-owned motor group operating across Devon and Cornwall, representing a wide variety of manufacturers from purpose-built modern facilities.
This dealership is the authorized dealer for a popular household-name brand.
You’ll be responsible for the successful running of the sales department, undertaking activities that include:
1. Desking and stacking deals.
2. Maintaining sales run rates and volumes.
3. Controlling all aspects of each transaction, including profitability and finance sales.
4. Managing activity, administration, and information flow.
5. Maintaining and improving customer service standards.
6. Ensuring compliance with processes, including FCA regulations.
7. Being fully accountable for the brand showroom in the absence of the Group Sales Manager.
