Known for delivering high-quality, technically excellent solutions across a wide range of sectors, we’re looking for a strong Electrical Estimating Manager to join our team in Rochester.
About the Role
As Electrical Estimating Manager, you’ll lead our experienced estimating team and play a pivotal role in winning profitable projects. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sharp estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial electrical installations.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from project specifications and drawings
* Develop budgets and tender submissions that win work
* Analyse project risks and opportunities
* Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and operations teams
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the bidding process
* Ensure all estimates meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
This is a full-time, office-based position in Rochester, Kent.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator
* Strong background in electrical contracting with solid practical knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to cost control and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Valid UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
