**Sales Consultant**
**within our International Student Recruitment Team:**
As a Sales Consultant, you'll need to:
* Identify and respond to the needs of students, education agents, or universities.
* Assist students in achieving placements at world-leading universities.
* Work with agents and students to understand their admission problems and develop solutions using education theory.
* Present ideas and solutions effectively.
* Provide information, help, and advice about university courses or services to make sales and retain clients.
* Build positive relationships to understand clients' recruitment needs.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
* Drive sales growth for the company.
* Deploy advanced selling principles and provide timely sales advice.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure strategic alignment.
* Work both in the office and in the field, finding clients and negotiating prices.
* Deal with UK and European universities and deliver sales materials to clients, associates, and students inside and outside the UK.
* Provide strategic support and valuable inputs to help generate leads and meet sales objectives.
**Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Act as a point of contact between students, associates, and universities/colleges.
* Maintain relationships with students, agents, and universities to understand their needs.
* Engage with offer holders through multiple communication channels.
* Meet with students, parents, agents, and universities regularly.
* Contribute to UK and international marketing and sales strategies.
* Respond to client queries and resolve objections to facilitate sales.
* Mentor students online throughout the application process.
* Generate leads and push sales cycles towards completion.
* Provide detailed quotations and cost calculations.
* Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
* Create sales plans and recommend cost-effective practices.
* Represent Ilford College of Business Management at events and exhibitions.
* Serve as a primary sales resource and address issues as needed.
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm
Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 yearly
