Role: Senior ER Specialist Contract: 6 Month FTC - Part-Time (4 days a week) Location: Goole (East Riding of Yorkshire) Salary: £46,800 FTE To start ASAP Are you an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations Advisor or an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys ER-based projects? We are looking for a proactive Senior ER Specialist to support a well-established business on a 6-month FTC basis. Reporting to the HR Director, the ER Specialist will support managers and the wider HR team through various projects and a range of ER cases. Due to the nature of the role, responsibilities and focus, the role needs to be site-based. There is flexibility around working hours and the possibility of the occasional day working from home. Key responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support across a range of ER cases, providing clear, consistent guidance Advise and coach managers on best practices for managing employee relations matters Support the resolution of complex employee issues and disputes Lead or support investigations and hearings Ensuring the people processes are robust, fair, and aligned with policy and employment law Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date Assist with various HR tasks and projects across the wider HR team Skills & Experience: Strong background in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in resolving complex ER issues in a fast-paced environment Confident to work independently while also supporting others Solid knowledge of UK employment law and best practices Highly organised and methodical approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships For more information, please contact kerri@eyzon.co.uk using reference number: PR/010366 Or apply via the LinkedIn advert.
