Your new role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations andpliance. This includes managing facilities, coordinating suppliers, and supporting senior stakeholders with scheduling and resource planning. It’s a varied role that suits someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys problem-solving.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in office management or facilities coordination
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
3. Excellentmunication skills
4. Confidence using MS Office Suite
5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
