Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability. Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations. Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND To register with Affinity Workforce Solutions, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS). Right to Work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to put one in process (we can support with this) Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
