Job Purpose / Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver a first-class customer experience to help make NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. Working in a fast-paced contact centre, the role requires a positive approach to customer service, good communication and computer skills, and openness to learning. Key responsibilities include:
* Customer: Help resolve queries on first contact, meet quality and satisfaction standards, participate in training and coaching.
* People: Live the values towards colleagues and customers, ensure a safe and respectful environment, engage in wellbeing activities.
