Your responsibilities as Account Manager
: Manage a portfolio of established customers following implementation and deployment
: Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and relationship management
: Monitor engagement levels and account performance to support retention and continued success
: Gather customer feedback and usage insights to support product and service improvements
: Identify opportunities to increase system adoption and expand service utilisation
: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What were looking for in an Account Manager
: Previous experience in account management, customer success or client services
: Experience within a technology, software, SaaS or solutions:based environment
: Strong communication skills across phone, email and face:to:face interactions
: Experience using CRM systems, business software and Microsoft Excel
: Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am : 5:00pm
