Job Description
This Magic Circle firm has a highly regarded Disputes practice, with particular strength in contentious financial services regulatory work. The team advises on a broad range of complex matters including FCA/PRA investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings and cross-border internal investigations.
The role will focus on financial services investigations, with an emphasis on advising major financial institutions on high-profile regulatory matters. The work is predominantly FCA-led, with additional exposure to PRA investigations and a smaller portion of internal investigation work for banks, asset managers and insurers.
The team is well-established and collaborative, offering strong exposure to top practitioners and involvement in market-leading, often headline-grabbing work, with consistent deal flow across regulatory enforcement mandates.
There is a clear focus on long-term progression, with the role suited to a technically strong associate with a genuine financial services investigations background looking to step into a leading platform.
