Role: Supply Planner
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in London)
We are delighted to be partnering with a fast‑growing food & beverage business that is looking to welcome a Supply Planner into their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability and delivering best‑in‑class service to customers.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring the demand plan is fulfilled while supporting the business in meeting its financial, service, and stock availability targets. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating closely with the Senior Demand Planner, Sales, and Finance to understand forecast growth plans and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Managing stock‑take processes in partnership with 3rd‑party suppliers (including NLC and suppliers outside the UK).
* Overseeing stock movements between suppliers to ensure availability aligns with forecast requirements.
* Supporting the UK team with preparation for S&OP meetings and attending where required.
* Raising documentation such as packing lists and invoices for customs purposes related to returns.
About you
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Management within FMCG, consumer goods, or food & beverage.
* A strong analytical mindset, supported by solid Excel capability and experience with ERP systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* A proactive, organised approach and a sense of ownership, with the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
