Senior Architectural Technician in Colchester?
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join a dynamic and collaborative practice based in Colchester. The firm has a varied portfolio, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
About The Role
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, preferably in residential or commercial sectors. Responsibilities include:
* Design development across various projects, collaborating with team members.
* Working on RIBA Stages 4-5, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Applying UK Building Regulations effectively during project execution.
Requirements
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
* Experience in technical design and detailing.
* Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
Salary is based on experience and ability, expected to be around £40,000.
