After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. Our Projects & Change team are deeply embedded within these plans, and we are looking for an experienced strategic leader of change and transformation to help us achieve those ambitious goals. You would be an influential leader within our Change Committee, owning and strategically managing our enterprise change portfolio alongside all other change activities across the firm. If successful, you would be inheriting a team of talented individuals and established governance and frameworks - we want you to come in and bring out the best in both, ensuring excellent management and delivery of our change initiatives. You would also be coming into a positive environment where senior leaders are committed advocates for change and continuous improvement. We are hoping you will join us, as our new Head of Change, and bring your experience and strategic leadership to take the team, and the firm, to the next milestones in our long successful history. What We Are Looking For Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge Essential Significant experience leading enterprise change, portfolio, or transformation functions. Proven experience managing complex portfolios and competing priorities. Demonstrated success in building and maturing a multi-disciplinary change function or Project/Transformation office. Experience engaging at Board or Senior Leadership level. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory expectations. Experience delivering both business and technology change. Desirable Financial services or regulated industry experience. Experience operating within an FCA or equivalent regulatory environment.
