Yeovil College has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Uniformed Protected Services Lecturer to inspire the next generation of public service professionals. Key Qualifications

* Industry experience within the Police, Military, Prison, Fire Service or wider Protective Services sector
* Strong knowledge of Uniformed Protective/Public Services and a passion for inspiring future professionals
* Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
* Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations
* High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning

Salary & Benefits

* Annual Salary: £30,966 to £39,917, depending on experience
