We are looking for a skilled Cisco L3 Voice Operations Engineer to join a global voice operations team supporting enterprise-scale communications infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support across Cisco voice technologies, acting as a key escalation point for complex incidents and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice and UC issues.
* Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
* Escalation support for L1 and L2 teams.
* Root cause analysis and service improvement activities.
* Support operational readiness of new deployments.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Track activities within ServiceNow.
Required Experience
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 12.x+.
* Cisco IP Telephony environments.
* Cisco Jabber and Jabber Mobile.
* SIP, H.323 and ISDN protocols.
* Session management and call routing.
* Experience supporting enterprise voice and data networks.
* ServiceNow
