About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at Butlin’s, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a diverse range of delicious dishes across our buffet venues. You’ll work closely with a talented Junior Kitchen Manager and lead small teams of commis chefs to ensure every meal is a masterpiece.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a specific section of the kitchen with precision and care.
* Ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes.
* Adhering to set recipe specifications and brand standards.
* Complying with our Food Safety Management System.
