Support WorkerPay rate: £13.50 per hourShift pattern: Wake nights 22:00- 08:30/ Sat and Sun 11:00 - 16:00A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullestWe are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Kidderminster.This person has complex clinical needs, epilepsy and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
