We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to various departments while managing administrative tasks.

Duties


* Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring effective team collaboration and productivity.
* Oversee clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring timely communication within the office.
* Creating financial documents, invoicing etc.
* Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers.
* Assist in organising company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.

Skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Familiarity with human resources practices is advantageous.
* Competence in using CRM systems.
* Strong phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications.
