Your Role
As our Outdoor Education and Life Skills Curriculum Coordinator, you’ll:
4. Design and deliver engaging outdoor education and life skills programmes tailored to individual student needs.
5. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support learning inside and outside the classroom.
6. Lead therapeutic interventions and create individual risk assessments.
7. Be a key part of our multi-disciplinary team, helping guide each student’s personal and academic development.

Skills and Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience working with children or young people with Autism and SEMH.
9. Understanding of the EHCP process and its application in educational settings.
10. Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
11. Desirable: Forest School qualification and experience delivering Life Skills programmes.
