CNC MILLER PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATORS

We are looking for 2 experienced highly skilled CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to join our highly skilled and friendly team at our modern AS9100 certified CNC Machining facility based in Pitstone, Bedfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work with the latest Fanuc based CNC Controlled milling 3 -5 axis production centres with the latest Matsuura multi pallet machines. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of Programming Setting and Operating multi axis CNC milling machines.
We are looking for an individual who has a natural attribute for producing the highest quality precision components to Aerospace AS9100. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with an emphasis on efficient work practices and the ability to work as part of a highly skilled dynamic team.

Key Duties:
* Set up, Programme and operate Fanuc based-controlled CNC milling 3-5 axis production centres to produce parts to customer specifications.
* Monitor the operation of the machine and make adjustments as needed to ensure a quality product is produced.
* Load, unload and check parts for conformance to drawing specifications.
* Perform regular maintenance on the equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
* Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stored properly.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in Programming, setting and operating Fanuc based controlled CNC milling 3-5 axis milling machines.
* Experience working on CAD/CAM, Hypermill preferred but not essential as training available.
* Able to work as part of a team with an excellent level of verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Ability to follow instruction and adapt quickly to changes.
* Have experience working to high standard machining tolerances.
