Do you thrive on full commercial responsibility, developing strategies, and managing tenders with global project managers and Key Account Managers for a selective global portfolio? As Global Air Logistics Pricing Manager, you'll manage a highly selective portfolio of global accounts-leading from early stakeholder engagement to tailored pricing strategies and clear client communication. You'll collaborate closely with internal vertical subteams, visit customers, and use your expertise to drive sales and profitability. The role is preferably based in Europe and involves flexible travel, with seasonal peaks based on client and business needs. How you create impact - Manage a portfolio of global accounts - Engage with stakeholders early on to shape and guide commercial and pricing strategies - Drive the tender process, ensuring pricing proposals align with customer needs - Collaborate with various stakeholders such as project managers, global airfreight teams, and procurement to implement pricing structures - Ensure that pricing submissions from different countries align with global agreements - Support and coach the project managers where necessary in their task of liaising between customers and internal teams, translating customer requirements into actionable quotes - Oversee the pricing process and provide feedback to ensure continual improvement - Provide expert knowledge in airfreight and road logistics, with a focus on pricing strategies What we would like you to bring - Minimum of 10 years of pricing experience in airfreight - 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar environment - Bachelor's degree or higher - Fluent in English - Proven track record of managing global projects - Advanced Excel skills for pricing and tender analysis - Strong customer-facing abilities, with a confident and professional demeanor - Experience with Tender Quotation Tools is a plus What's in it for you Diversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored in our corporate culture at KuehneNagel.
