Key Responsibilities
- Champion the studio's creative philosophy and generate brave creative ideas supported by strong conceptual insight.
- Design across all stages of a project, from initial concept to completion, covering art direction, brand systems, and every touchpoint.
- Take accountability for projects, ensuring deadlines are met and collaborating effectively with wider project teams.
- Clearly and confidently communicate ideas (visually and verbally) to peers and clients through internal and external presentations.
- Remain culturally connected and aware of the world around you, understanding trends, and actively engaging with events and exhibitions.
- Actively contribute to the studio's culture and values, leading by example and showing initiative.
Skills & Experience
- An up-to-date portfolio of conceptual and crafted design solutions, demonstrating experience in developing sophisticated design systems for large-scale brands and projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in the core Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Comfortable working as a team player, participating in workshops, and engaging directly with client meetings.
- An independent thinker who is constantly curious and able to challenge a brief with new thinking and progressive ideas.
- Proven ability to articulate and present creative ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Flair for motion graphics, illustration, 3D design, or interaction design is a significant advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- £50-55k per annum
