Spanish Speaking Business Development Executive Location: Birmingham, UK Industry: International Manufacturing & Export Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 Commission Benefits: 26 days holiday bank holidays | Pension Scheme | Employee Assistance Programme The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Spanish speaking Business Development Executive to join a global manufacturing and export company based in his exciting role, you will work with clients and distributors across Latin America (including Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico and more), driving new business and building long-term commercial partnerships. Job Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across LATAM markets Identify new sales prospects: markets, clients, projects and accreditations Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry and lead generation through to order negotiation and shipment Maintain relationships through regular calls, emails, MS Teams meetings and quarterly international visits or exhibitions Manage and develop underperforming accounts within your territory Create daily call plans and consistently meet sales KPIs Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service Candidate Profile Fluency in Spanish and English Experience in Business Development, Sales Executive or Account Management, ideally within a manufacturing environment, from the LATAM countries Proven B2B sales experience in Latin American markets Ideally educated to Degree / HND level or equivalent Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, resilient, tenacious and results-driven Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary: £33,000 – £38,000 commission 26 days annual leave 8 bank holidays Company pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme Career growth in a global business with international exposure How to Apply Send your CV and cover letter to: Contact: Jonathan Grimes
