Property Specialist
Manchester (Hybrid) | Up to £45k
As our client base rapidly expands, we’re entering a pivotal moment of growth. You’ll help improve the property industry by conducting training sessions for new Street.co.uk clients and follow‑up sessions. You’ll plan your diary, design workshops and support customers navigating the system with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Become a product expert on Street.co.uk across sales, lettings management and lettings accounting.
* Conduct face‑to‑face demos of Street.co.uk to new estate agency clients across the country.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships, conducting follow‑up calls as required.
* Forecast, plan and coordinate client visits based on go‑live dates.
* Act as a product brand ambassador, ensuring a solution‑led approach to sales.
* Represent Street Group professionally, showcasing passion and enthusiasm.
* Collaborate with marketing and technology to evolve and improve training sessions.
* Use industry knowledge to identify, scope and prioritise client issues or feature requests.
* Contribute ideas and perspectives to shape Street Group’s future.
Qualifications
* Background in lettings accounting, property management or estate agency, with interest in tech.
* Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn new products quickly.
* Confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing; comfortable presenting.
* Organised, detail‑oriented and able to create engaging presentations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Self‑starter who can take initiative when needed.
* Curious and conscientious, with ability to master product knowledge and inspire others.
* Experience in route/journey planning.
* Full UK driving licence – travel to client sites across the country; overnight stays expected.

Salary
Up to £45k. Salary is flexible based on experience.
