Plant Operator (360 Excavator, Dozer & ADT) | Bristol
Are you a skilled operator who takes pride in precision and site safety? We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our team for several upcoming infrastructure and development projects across Bristol and the South West.

The Role
You will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy plant machinery to support groundworks, muck-shifting, and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* 360 Excavator: Executing precise trenching, grading, and lifting operations.
* Dozer: Levelling and spreading materials to exacting specifications using GPS
* Articulated Dump Truck (ADT): Safely transporting materials across challenging terrain.
* Maintenance: Performing daily vehicle safety checks and basic grease/maintenance to keep the fleet running smoothly.
* Safety: Adhering strictly to on-site health and safety protocols and RAMS.
What You'll Need
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Card: Must have categories for 360 Excavator (Tracked), Dozer, and ADT.
* Experience: Proven track record operating these machines on busy construction or civil engineering sites.
* Safety First Mindset: A "safety-critical" approach to your work and those around you.
* Reliability: Punctuality is key—the rest of the team depends on the plant being ready to roll.
* Local Knowledge: Based in or within easy commuting distance of Bristol.
