Key Responsibilities
Carry out visual inspections before part installation
Fit components using detailed manufacturing instructions
Work across multiple assembly cells (variety guaranteed)
Prepare vehicles by removing equipment and completing surface prep (grinding/sanding)
Integrate new systems, equipment, and components onto military vehicles
Assemble sub‑components to tight production timelines
Read and follow engineering drawings accurately
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or a related mechanical discipline (Level 2 considered with strong experience)
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
Ability to interpret drawings and follow technical instructions
Experience in automotive, HGV, PSV, plant, agricultural, or military vehicles
Electrical or mechanical qualifications (desirable)
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
