Role Responsibilities:
Support customers in developing life skills to meet their assessed needs. This may include providing physical, domestic, emotional, and social care. Promote social inclusion and work alongside team members to encourage independent living, maximizing customers' skills and choices.
This role involves working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.

Qualifications:
Up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, or experience in social care/charity sector
