A market leading commercial fit-out company is on the lookout for a skilled Internal Fit Out Manager to oversee a prestigious project in West London. This position is ideal for someone who has come from a joinery background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the Internal Fit Out Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams to ensure the project meets deadlines without compromising safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the site team to lead and manage all aspects of the internal fit-out phase, ensuring smooth operations and project progression.
* Supervise daily on-site activities, enforcing project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work meets required standards and stays within budget.
* Optimize productivity and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
* Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and senior management.
* Identify and address potential risks to project delivery, creating and applying mitigation strategies as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience as an Internal Fit Out Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the commercial fit-out industry.
* Extensive knowledge of fit-out construction methods, techniques, and materials, including polished concrete finishing.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
