We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team by ensuring accurate processing of transactions, maintaining financial records and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry
* Process supplier invoices for approval, complete monthly creditor reconciliations, and prepare supplier payments
* Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Maintain accurate filing of financial documents
* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role including completing bank reconciliations
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (training provided)
* Good organisational skills and time-management skills
To undertake any other reasonable duties as required*
