Organic Social Analyst

We plan, create and execute diverse world‑class campaigns for clients such as Just Eat Takeaway, Victoria's Secret, TikTok, The White Company, Meta, PepsiCo, EasyJet, and others.
Job Purpose
Our Media Team is pivotal to the success of our award‑winning campaigns. We seek a Social Analyst to collaborate with clients, creative, tech, and account management teams to deliver solid social media data and insights that enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop accurate, timely reports outlining KPIs aligned with client objectives.
* Manage & manipulate data in Google Sheets, automating processes to improve workflow.
* Deliver insights that tell a cohesive performance story.
* Lead the vision for how cross‑platform data informs content creation and distribution.
* Work with clients’ internal analytics to supplement platform data.
* Contribute insights and strategic thinking across content, technology, media, and data.
* Stay on top of platform and content trends and best practices.
* Utilise social listening tools to monitor sentiment, trends, and key talking points.
* Ensure constant innovation across deliverables.
* Share insights with the creative process.
* Continue to optimise reporting processes.
* Research and assess technology solutions to improve capabilities.
* Liaise with clients to communicate performance insights.
* Present work internally and externally.
Skills & Previous Experience
* Relevant experience in a social media analytical role at a digital/creative agency or consumer brand.
* Strong understanding of key social media platforms and metrics.
* Understanding of both organic and paid social media (priority on organic).
* Advanced proficiency reporting across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
* Expertise in social listening platforms like Pulsar/Brandwatch.
* High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas.
* Inquisitive, numerical mindset.
* Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of developing social‑first creative.
* Knowledge of how organic social supports business objectives.
* Experience developing bespoke reporting frameworks.
* Ability to develop new reporting methodologies.
