Temporary Facilities Administrator (x3 roles) £15 per hour | Fully Office-Based | 2-Month Assignment
Our client is seeking three temporary administrators to support their busy Facilities team during a period of significant change. This is a 2-month assignment, ideal for candidates who enjoy detail-driven work and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
The team is currently updating their internal processes as part of a move to an international operating model. This involves reviewing, amending and uploading a high volume of process documentation within a tight timeframe. Full training will be provided, so while system knowledge isn't essential, strong admin skills and a sharp eye for detail are key.
Key responsibilities:
1. Updating internal process documentation and records
2. Accurate data entry and administrative support
3. Working through repetitive tasks while maintaining consistently high standards
4. Supporting the Facilities team during a peak workload period
About you:
5. Previous experience in administration and/or data entry
6. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
7. Comfortable working at pace and meeting deadlines
8. Motivated, reliable, and able to maintain focus on repetitive work
9. Happy to work fully office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
