Social Housing Multi Trader – Slough
£38,000 Van & Fuel Card Permanent Role
Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced General Multi Trader to join their reactive maintenance team covering Slough.
This is a permanent position carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.
The Role:
1. Reactive maintenance work within social housing
2. Carrying out multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general maintenance
3. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
4. Out-of-hours rota: 1 in 8
5. Company van and fuel card provided
Requirements:
6. Proven experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing
7. Time-served tradespeople welcome
8. Ability to work independently and deliver a good level of customer service
9. Full UK driving licence
Package:
10. £38,000 per annum
11. Company van & fuel card
12. Permanent, stable employment
