Inline with our exciting growth, we are looking to add a Specialist Engineer to our Operations team. The Specialist Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to all manufacturing and QC operations throughout Group locations. You will be involved in developing engineering processes and systems including asset management, maintenance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities, although not limited to: To help develop engineering processes and systems including asset management, maintenance, and continuous improvement. To ensure ongoing compliance with all Quality and statutory regulations and best practices. To support and provide first fix capacity for manufacturing equipment. To monitor and review activities and subsequent paperwork and reports for isolators. Write, review and update maintenance procedures for equipment and systems. Work within the QMS ensuring deviations change control and CAPAs are managed and executed effectively. Provide support where necessary to the validation team for requalification activities. Provide engineering support for wider project activities within the manufacturing and QC areas. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: A HNC/HND in Engineering Experience working in an instrumentation/calibration role. Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or heavily regulated industry. Knowledge of Clean room operation Understanding the requirement of working a Quality Management system Knowledge of equipment validation lifecycle. Understanding of Pharmaceutical Utility systems Specialist Knowledge Working with small/medium scale manufacturing and analytical equipment. Clean room operations. Calibration processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Computer literate - Microsoft Office suite. Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
