Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes tailored to each couples special day.
Collaborate on the development of new, seasonal, and bespoke wedding menus that elevate the guest experience.
Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy wedding services and private events.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety are consistently maintained.
Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
Take part in the exciting journey of our venues growth and expansion, contributing ideas, energy, and leadership as we scale.
What Were Looking For:
A passionate, experienced chef with a love for creating memorable dining experiences.
Strong background in event or banqueting catering, ideally within weddings or hospitality venues.
A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
